If after an order is placed, we discover that we are out of stock of one or more of the items you ordered, we will contact you and at your discretion either cancel your order or refund the amount of the missing item.
Sales tax will be added to your order.

How to Return/Exchange an Item:
Step 1. Within 3 days of receiving your package please contact us via email, the email should include pictures of the items you wish to return and the reason for returning them.
Step 2: We will contact you via email or phone to confirm the return/exchange, after the return/exchange has been approved you will receive an email confirming the return/exchange and an address to return the item to. (Return shipping fees will be handled by HopeHoop or the customer depending on the circumstances)
Step 3: After receiving the package we will return the appropriate amount of funds, it usually takes 7-10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement. Make –up and other items need to be returned unopened, customer service will verify the items condition before authorizing the return of funds.
